Keeping up with the market and client needs is Priority #1 for me. I am an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and a NCS (New Construction Specialits). I am also part owner of Century 21 Advantage (Columbia, Dupo, and Smithton offices). I keep abreast of current market trends and technological advances through events such as Star Power Conferences as well as a number of other seminars and events. I have also been a member of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois’ Grievance Committee in the past.

Lindsey Bivins has been a licensed Realtor since January of 2003 and obtained her broker’s license in September of 2008.  Recognized as one of Realtor Magazines’s “30 under 30″ (one of the top agents under the age of 30 in 2009), Lindsey has learned how to read the market and stay ahead of the curve. Her strengths lie in marketing implementation, understanding buyer and sellers needs, and most importantly, problem solving.  As our Group Manager, it is her job to handle the myriad of details involved in the sale of a home.  She is your personal contact regarding all of the little things that might come up along the way.  With her expertise and attention to detail, you can have a worry free transaction and concentrate on Moving Day!

Lindsey resides in Waterloo with her husband, Jesse, and four children, Jakob, Jessica, Henry and Shelby.  She attended SIUE,  where she majored in Education & English.   She is also a graduate of Waterloo High School.

Naureen’s job is to initiate our marketing plan and communicate closely with you throughout the process. She is responsible for the advertisement of your home as well as keeping touch with you regarding the showings on your home. She also handles our direct mail campaign and acts as our team liason with our group members.

Naureen Stack-Frierdich is a native of Highland Il and the daughter of Daniel & Dilnawaz Stack. She graduated from McKendree University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communications. She is married to Steven Frierdich, son of Mark and Linda Frierdich of Columbia IL and her recently born son, Chanse Steven Frierdich. They currently reside in Columbia. Naureen recevied her real estate license in March of 2006 and has been working with Century 21 Advantage since.

Having been a licensed Realtor for over 5 years, Whitney joined the Group in July of 2008. She has worked in a number of capacities during her real estate career and has extensive knowledge of new construcion. “It’s my goal to make your transition as smooth as possible, whether buying or selling” Whitney currently resides in Waterloo with her husband Jason, and two sons, Dalton and Aiden.

Licensed in 2004, I have been diligently working and striving to provide an exceptional level of service to my clients. I have carved a niche in the investment property market, but enjoy working with all types of buyers from first-time home buyers to the veterans.

I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, contributor to RPAC and have earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and expanding my knowledge base by attending educational programs such as the Star Power University.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Grace & my dogs, Addi & Bella. I also enjoy walking, jogging, & hiking . I’ve been a lifelong resident of St. Clair & Monroe counties having called Columbia home for more than 15 years.

Sam has been involved in the local Real Estate scene since 2005 and actively enjoys working to his client’s satisfaction. Joining Century 21 Advantage in 2008, he has made it his personal priority to give all buyers and sellers an enjoyable sales process through his open style of communication. Sam has been able to use his knowledge of real estate technology to enhance his client’s experience in a multitude of ways. Sam is an achieving member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, The Realtors Association of Southwestern Illinois, and is also constantly expanding his knowledge of the industry through continuing education offered through ABR (Accrecited Buyer’s Representitives), Graduate Realtor Institute, and Star Power University.

Sam’s most recent accomplishment has been completing his SFR designation. SFR means that Sam has completed the appropriate course work to be a Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist.

In his spare time, he enjoys jogging with his dog, Bailey, the St. Louis Cardinals, swimming, camping, and being outdoors. Sam is also an involved member of the local community, whether it be attending city council meetings to keep up with the state of our area or lending a hand to several charitable organizations. Sam has been a life long resident of Monroe County.

Kris has been active in the local real estate scene since 2008 and joined our team in 2010. Working as a client consultant specializing in buyer representation for our group, her #1 priority is to give both buyers and sellers top-notch service with great results! Staying on top of real estate is something Kris truly has a passion for. She is constantly expanding her knowledge of the market through a variety of classes offered through our local Realtor Association and continuing education courses offered through her designation as an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative).

Kris is a life-long resident of the area, currently residing in Columbia. In her spare-time, Kris enjoys spending time with her family and friends and can be seen out and about at local basketball, baseball & softball games along with enjoying time at our community events.
