I keep abreast of current market trends and technological advances through events such as Star Power Conferences, Listing University, Buyer Specialist University, and Leadership University, as well as a number of other seminars and events. Also, I am currently enrolled in an intense Leadership Coaching Program in order to provide more synergy and cohesiveness to my group. I have also been a member of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois' Grievance Committee in the past.

I have called Monroe County home for a little over 30 years. My husband and I own a number of businesses in the community and enjoy being involved with the various parades and community events. An important (and enjoyable!) part of my career is networking throughout the community..

My husband Mark and I have 2 sons, Steven and Eric. Steven, a graduate of McKendree University, is married to Naureen Frierdich and they have one son, Chanse Steven Frierdich. They reside here in Columbia. Eric recently graduated from McKendree University and has one son, Caden Frierdich as well! We spend most of our recreational time at the Lake of the Ozarks, where we fish and boat frequently and enjoy time with our grandsons. "
